PROCESS
I. Consultation
Contact us to set up a consultation. This consultation can be done either through email, phone or in person. For this initial meeting we will discuss your event, style and unique personality. It is our goal to design the invite of your dreams and stay within your budget.

II. Design
At this time a custom invitation will be designed for your special event and sent to you over the internet free of charge. If you are happy with the design,a contract will be mailed for you to sign and at this time we require a 50% deposit or a 75% deposit if it is a rush order. After the contract is signed, we will mail you a sample of your invitation and any other items we are designing for you.
 
III. Printing
Before we begin the printing a production phase, you will be asked to sign and approve the final proof that will be mailed to you. After you approve the proof, we will not be responsible for any errors. Printing and production will take anywhere from 3 weeks or more depending on the paper, construction and embellishments. 25% of the remaining balance will be due before your order is sent to press.

IV. Delivery
At the time of delivery, the remaining 25% is due. Standard ground shipping fees are included in the original quote.
